About Kristin

As a young girl, I grew up in Wisconsin with my family owning, dogs, cats and horses. I can never remember a moment when my home was not filled with pets. This is where my love for animals began. I enjoy spending time with all pets — they bring me so much joy! I cannot imagine my home without dogs and cats. I am a Dog Mom to a rescued Great Dane, a Frenchie, Catahoula mix, Mini Australian Shepherd and Mom to 3 cats, each of them unique in their own special way. There is always a bed to sleep on, a lap to lie in and plenty of hugs and kisses♥

I love what I do as a pet sitter! This is my true passion! My husband tells me that I am in my true element when I am taking care of my clients’ fur babies. I have been a Veterinary Technician and have worked on an Arabian Horse farm taking care of 18 Arabians! I loved the smell of the barn, the horses and the sound they make when they eat. I was a Volunteer for Lone Star Dog Ranch, Little Dog Rescue and A.O.H.T. where I fostered dogs in my home, made home visits to prospective adoptees, transported dogs to their Veterinarian appointments, and phoned Veterinarian offices to check their pets medical history. I am very blessed knowing that I am able to do what I love♥

As a little girl, I always loved Great Danes; my neighbor owned one and I would go visit this Gentle Giant. It was then that I knew I would own one some day. So I sought out a Great Dane Rescue and picked out — or should I say she picked me out — a beautiful Harlequin named Zoe. She was my companion for 9 years. I adopted her when she was 4 years old. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge when she was 13 years old. (She had Bone cancer).  Since then, I have owned 2 more Great Danes. My love for animals is embedded in my heart. I enjoy caring for them all! ♥♥♥
